What form of payment does MEAT! accept?
We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Gift cards from these credit card companies are accepted as well so long as they cover the order total. Payment cannot be split up between multiple cards. All transactions are in U.S. dollars. Any other forms of payment cannot be accepted at this time.
Can I place an order and have it shipped internationally?
Orders placed on MEAT! can only be shipped to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do though have distributors both domestic and international that maybe able to help you. Fill out our form on the contact page and we can point you in the right direction.
When will I receive my order?
You should expect notification of shipment with tracking number within 5 business days for processing. Standard ground shipping times to follow.
How can I track the status of my order?
After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you did not receive the email please check you spam or junk folders. Once your order is processed and ready to be shipped you will receive a shipment notification with tracking number. If you placed this order on MADEWITHMEAT.COM account the tracking number will be visible in the order detail. Tracking numbers can then be tracked using the carrier's web site.
I received the wrong product, what can I do?
How do I return my order or make an exchange?
We can only accept returns for products in original packaging, new condition and purchased directly through MADEWITHMEAT.COM. Do you provide refunds?
We will provide refunds less shipping and handling on products purchased directly through MEAT!. Returns must be in new condition in their original packaging. Return shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Is it safe to use my credit card to purchase?
We make every effort to ensure that your ordering information, including your credit card number, is protected while you are on our site. Our Web site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption so that your personal information cannot be read as it passes over the internet. You can tell you are using the Secure Socket Layer encryption when a gold or blue padlock appears in the corner of your browser. SSL keeps others from seeing your personal information by scrambling it so that only your Web browser, and the server of our Web site, can decipher it.
What happens if my credit card does not go through?
If your credit card does not process successfully, your order will not be processed, and an error message will be displayed on your screen. If you like, you can try a different credit card.
